Playthings, a post-punk band from Ōtautahi formed in 1980, will release a six-track EP on green vinyl in 2023. This EP includes remastered versions of their singles Coloured and Bird's Eye View, as well as a previously unreleased track Grits. Led by songwriters Jay Clarkson and Janine Saundercock, the band gained attention for their standout songs and has undergone changes throughout the years.
